Inspirative Arts have been successful in winning funding to offer a variety of remote services to anyone in need, this includes anyone who's a carer . Carers may be struggling with feelings of anxiety, stress, isolation, lack in time for self care, difficult emotions, higher rates of burnout. The remote services can offer opportunities for individuals to explore these issues, connect and relate, learn new coping strategies, develop resilience and engage in creative activities to boost mental health and wellbeing. The services will be delivered by arts psychotherapists registered with The Health Care and Professions Council and therapeutic wellbeing specialists.
On offer are:
Creative resources and activity packs for wellbeing can be sent out via postal mail or email. Further provision with online groups with coffee and group chats can be offered as support with feelings of isolation, stress, anxiety, fatigue and many others during this challenging time. This may also help with the transition from alternative provision to face to face contact, with services such as the carers cafe and well-being groups.
