Health and social care plans are becoming pressurised by the increase in dementia cases. As the national age rises, more people are subsequently having personal or familial experiences with dementia.
Healthwatch Derbyshire wishes to gather information from recipients of dementia care so that they can improve and implement better care strategies.
They want to hear about your experience of dementia services, whether you are the recipient of the service or a carer looking after someone with dementia.
By visiting groups across the country to gather a variety of opinions and experiences, they will produce a report that can be shared with relevant service providers and commissioners.
All information gathered will be anonymised.
They would you love to hear from you about your experience of dementia services.
