Dementia Action Week 2018

This year Dementia Awareness Week is changing to Dementia Action Week and will run from Monday 21 to Sunday 27 May.

Lots of work has been done both nationally and in Derbyshire to raise awarness about dementia. So this year the focus will be on action and how the everyday lives of people with dementia and their carers can be improved.

This could be small actions or bigger actions, it doesn't matter. And raising awareness and offering information about support will always be important.
